Title: Dect Phones

Good afternoon everyone

I'm using a Mitel 3300

This maybe a simple question but has anyone configured a homeworker to use a dect phone which can be logged into ACD groups?

Never done it but I suspect you could do it with a 5610 via a MBG. Or maybe a SIP dect over a VPN. Or even a SIP DECT over a MBG....

I know the phone can connect to the system via that method but would the user be able to login to an ACD agent group?

As far as I knowExternal Hot Desk Agents is what that is for. Go to help file and look at that.
