hi
moving from local BCMs to hosted virtual Mitel (so latest version). We have have many branches and over the years they have setup speed dials, same list on each phone.
They manage the speed dials themselves. If I used system speed dials I guess they could not. Plus concerned about 2000 limit.
For personal they would have to manually setup each phone is guess. Unless I could import the list to each phone? After increasing their allowance per phone.
I have a call out with my supplier but they take a while.

Unfortunately for personal speed dials there isn't a way to import them.
The user has to enter them manually.
What I generally do with this is create a button on their phone for saving the speed dial and another for using the speed dial.
Seems to work well.
