Title: CCM client 7.1 not loading profiles correctly
Post by: jcmoffitt on November 17, 2015, 08:09:23 AM
Good morning

Some of our res agents are reporting that the CCM client is not loading the profile correctly.  It acts like it loads but the ACD agents grid that shows who is on the phone is not there.  Just a blank screen.  When they try to open the profile and check and uncheck to selections in the profile they get an error when they try to reload it stating that it is already started.  They have a dual screen configuration on their workstations.  I tried rebooting the server but that did not help.  Any help would be appreciated.

I'm having same issue
I've had my vendor report the issue to Mitel, as I can not find a resolution at this point, so far it's just been a heap of troubleshooting and submitting logs

I'm running 7.1.2.0

What happens when you create a new profile? Does the agent window show then.

jcmoffitt do your agent have Skype for business installed??? We have found if we close Skype and then open the mitel contact centre it works, we can then open Skype again afterwards.

sarond, I tried creating a new profile, saving it, closing application and reopening and same issues.

edit: we have skype for business 2015 (15.0.4763.1001) MSO (15.0.4763.1003) 32-bit. Part of Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus

Response from Mitel

This happens on PCs that have Skype for Business and Windows KB3085581 installed.

Workaround is to exit out of SFB, load the profile you want and then start SFB up again (however each time you want to change the profile you have to exit out of SFB).

...or remove windows update KB3085581 from the client PC

...or change this entry in the contactcenterclient.exe.config file (on each PC) from this...
add key="UseCccChatOnly" value="false" /
...to this...
add key="UseCccChatOnly" value="true" /–

Permanent fix will be in MiCC 8.0 when it is released.
