Hi all,
I am trying to help a client install MSL and MiCollab onto a hyper-V environment. MSL is on but only shows a command line. Documentation that I have found seems to indicate the presence of a GUI to be able to open the blades manager page to install MiCollab from there.
Any pointers in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like you are logged in as root, rather than admin. If you log in as admin, or from root do a "su admin" then you will end up at the ASCII based GUI.
-
What do you get when trying https://server ip/server-manager/
login with 'admin' and the password set at install.

We are now into the text based GUI, unfortunately I am trying to talk someone else through the process remotely so delays are inevitable.
Thanks for the help!

use a browser and go to https://msl_ip/server-manager
waaaaay easier...
if you can't connect, make sure the pc with the browser is listed in "local networks".

Thanks guys, we had some success and then some failures. The install process went fine and was shown to install all packages 100% successfuly. On revisiting the Blades tab there were a number of package conflicts presented. All are "warnings" and not errors however so we will continue on and see where we end up!
Thanks again for the help.

As an aside, has anyone had experience with Skype for Business and MiCollab Integration? Documentation is fuzzy in regards to deployment other than "Manually install from email link on each PC" This is less than ideal for enterprise sites.
