Title: Mitel system not working correctly

We have mitel 5000 with about 50 ip phones on it and system just stop working.We can call internet extensions but cannot call out or receive inbound calls ,we get busy signal only.

Are you saying that the phones are up and working and you can call Internally, but you can't make an outside call. If that is the case then the issue is with the phone lines. The problem could be that the system's resource card for the lines is bad or it could be that the carrier is having an issue.

sounds like a line issue and not that the system isn't working.

I agree with both assessments above, I would contact your carrier... What kind of lines do you have? Analog, digital (T-1/ISDN-PRI), or SIP?
