Title: Forward external on RNA

I have a user that wants to forward externally on RNA.
I can forward the call on an Always condition with no problems but not on RNA.
It shows it as being forwarded in the Call Forwarding Profile but doesn't.

I can't think of what I might be missing.
Any clues?

Sorted it.
This was a 'Duhhh' on my part.
The prime line was forwarded to a hunt group of keys on an always.  I didn't see that.   I had to forward the hunt group.
