Title: Dialing conflict
Post by: acejavelin on November 12, 2015, 09:26:38 AM
So this one is bugging me... it doesn't seem to be user effecting, at least not from what anyone has said, but whenever I do a

LOCATE ALL FREE DN 1000 TO 9999

On a certain customers PBX cluster, it gives me the information, but always has this message at the bottom:

** Dialing conflict with one or more FAC or ARS string. **

I can't find an obvious conflict... anybody know any tricks to find the culprit?

Nope,  nothing there... And stuff syncs to all nodes,  no errors. FACs are a shared form cluster-wide...  I haven't gone through the telephone directory with a fine tooth comb yet though. Was hoping someone knew a trick to find the conflict, technically this system isn't completely in service yet there's only a handful of phones at one location that are functioning otherwise its primary cutover is November 30th.  It's just odd, this system should be pretty clean.

What is your outgoing route code?
Wouldn't 9 conflict with your range 9999? Try 1000 to 8999

Actually, it is 8... but that made me think of something, I may have done this to myself. I will have to check tomorrow.
