Title: INT4000 Digital Cordless phone help

Is it possible to "resync" an INT4000 handset to it's base station, or sync a replacement handset to an existing base station, or are they hard coded to each other?

Got a bad handset and the customer has a good one (we think) that they got from a different location that had it in a box without the base...

Sorry bud, but here is the answer inside the old manuals.

BASE UNITS AND HANDSETS
The handsets are programmed to work with a specific base unit. You cannot use a new handset or base unit without having it reprogrammed by Inter-Tel.
