Title: Phone Switchboard - 3300 CX 2

Hi All,

Does anyone know firstly whether it's possible to set-up a swithboard feature on this system? Essentially we'd like callers to hit our reception number and have a few different options to then direct to an internal number, for example Press 1 for Main Office, Press 2 for admin etc.

Yes, its called auto attendant and you can have a simple one using the embedded VM or a proper one using NuPoint (or whatever its called now).

The embedded one does multi level but its a bit clunky.

Its explained in the help files of the web interface pretty well.

Through the company greeting accessed by the TUI (telephone user interface) usually 999/9999 depending on extension number programming. I think its option 4 then 1.(primary greeting). Then set your incoming number to the embedded voice mail number (same number you have just used to access the TUI).
