Title: Phone goes on hold when I call someone

Hi,

Interesting little issue.  Whenever I dial on my Mitel 5224 IP phone, as soon as the other side picks up the phone my phone puts them on hold.  I then have to press the prime key to get the call back.  Now I haven

This happens with MS Office Communicator.   Turn off phone integration and it should work fine.

Hi Ralph,

So I went into my communicator settings and turned off phone intergration.  Still no worky.  Does this have to be a global setting or individual.  I actually tried it during a reboot of my machine and still had the same problem.

Hmmmm....
Now I don't know.   Turning off phone integration is what I've done to fix it  every time I've seen it.

Try turning off communicator completely and retest.  I know that isn't the fix but if it stops then at least you know your in the right ball park.

Thanks Ralph,

What I did is turn off the phone integration portion and then I had to reset my phone.  Now I am able to enable the phone integration part of communicator and everything works fine.
