Title: No Such Entry in Phone Book

Hi - Mitel 3300Mxe MCD 5 - a senior member of staff has reported an issue where he looks up a name using a 5235 IP Set and gets No such Entry occasionally, then another day it works - I cannot replicate the issue - I am trying his set and others to test but never happens to me.  I am starting to think user error, but this guy is very intelligent so I am thinking has anyone else ever seen this sort of issue?  any help gratefully received. Thanks

The directory is a shared resource by all Minet devices and all cluster elements, if the record exists it should find them... although I have seen a lot of those stylus screen 5235's get wonky, try a screen recalibration or replace the set, it is likely seeing ghost touches or registering the incorrect location of a tap.
