Title: Pickup ringing phones

I have a Mitel 3300. 7.2 latest load. The admin users in a office wants to
Pick up a ringing phone but refuses to use dn number with a code. What's best way
To do accomplish this? They using 5320 sets.

You can program them in a pickup group, then program a Call Pickup key.
The key will flash when other phones within the group ring. You can pickup the call by pressing the button.

Also when programmed in a pickup group the 5320 will display 'pickup' on one of the top buttons (soft keys) when you lift the handset and a phone in the group is ringing. This could save you programming a dedicated key.
