Title: UC360 video to AWV

I was wondering if there is a secret to making this work? I figure it should work from the get go and my first tests wouldn;t display any video.

Anyone doing this and any pointers?

For our demo, we had to get the AWV HD licenses for all the ports. That enabled H264 video for the AWV, and then the UC360's would show up in conferences.

No problem. We went 10 rounds with Support of this, but Engineering said it from the get go.

I should be used to it. Typical Mitel, it doesn't work unless you buy new licenses. Once you know the price of things, we change it's name.

Just wanted to add, with the HD licenses, it works as expected. The UC360 is better to join the AWV conference than to use the embedded app
