Hello,
Does anyone have any first hand experience with the MiBusiness Cloud service?
This is where Mitel hosts the 3300 PBX system and LiveOps is provided as a call center.
We're having extreme delays with these phones and would like to get some feedback on how to possibly manage these delays.

Is the delay when answering/hanging up/putting on hold?
or delay in voice or voice breaking up?
I haven't done any cloud work but have done a lot of private networks and have seen issues with signaling.

How much bandwidth do you have on your internet link? Is QoS set up on your LAN?

What is issue are you having? I have lots of experience in Multi-Instance Communications Director from Mitel.
