Hello,
I am having a problem with a customer.
When she is already busy and on the phone she can hear that someone is waiting due to the 2 multicall keys on her.
However she cannot redirect them manually since she is not getting a popup. She does get a popup from the first conversation and when she hangs that one up the one that is waiting will give a popup aswell.
Does any one know how to solve this??

Her co-worker IS getting the 2nd popups..

We have just noticed this same issue for one of our customers. Do you have a softphone configured in the UCA client or are you just using it for presence and chat?

Had the same issue happen on a brand new installation for another customer this week. Not sure if it is related but both customers have had SSL certs loaded to their servers.
Anyway a reboot of the PBX has resolved the issue for both our customers now.

Are they on the same CoS?

Yes, all users have the same CoS.
