Title: Inside calls not going to voicemail

Hello, I am using a Mitel 5000 system with NuPoint voicemail. I'm setting up a new phone and a voicemail, but the problem I'm having is that inside calls are not forwarding to voicemail, but outside calls are. I've set up new phones before with no problem but for some reason this has come up. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

By default the SYSTEM FORWARDING PATH for each station does not include Intercom calls.  This is because including them negates the fantastic DND messaging feature (someone calls you, sees "OUT TO LUNCH TIL 2:00" message on display) and LEAVE CALL BACK MESSAGE  feature.  But to include IC calls all you need to do is go into SYS FWD for the ext and turn on IC at the bottom of the list.
