Title: Nupoint Fax - new setup

I have 2 ports licensed for Nupoint Fax, and configured as per the help file. I set up the Fax group, assigned the Fax group to my Line group 1(all of my Nupoint ports) and built FCOS for Fax, then activate the offline configuration. When I created a mailbox with phantom extension to fwd always to VM and called my test number and I hear silence followed by "all fax lines are busy".  Can anyone think of something that I may have missed??

I think the FAX ports need to be in a separate line group. That's always the way I've done it, at least.

Thanks- Do you have a configuration sample scenario? I simply need to setup mailboxes to receive faxes and fwd them directly to email.
