Title: Direct Dial not being answered by voicemail (Mitel 3300)

Hi- We are using NuPoint Messaging. I have an intermittent issue with my phone where calls made using the Speed Dial (direct inbound dialing) number are not being picked up by voicemail. Calls to my internal extension do get transferred to voicemail if not picked up after four rings, but DID calls just keep ringing.

Call each of your ports directly to see if you have a port that's not picking up.

If you can't find an issue with vm port check the call forwarding

Call forward busy and no answer is broken up to internal and external. I have seen people set say the internal but not the external

Just run the maintenance command "locate feature extension" and it should tell you
