I have all but one phone doing this properly. I have triple, checked that forward Intercom calls is set to no in forwarding paths and the handsfree flag is set to on. One of the phones rings on Intercom no matter what I do. Can anyone tell me what I am missing?

What happens if you swap the phone?
-
By the way, this is a version 6.0 with a 5330 SIP phone. It is NOT the only 5330 on the network.

I don't have another phone to swap...do you mean an administrative swap?
-
Another piece of information: When I press the assigned key or dial it, I get CALL ROUTING FOR PATTY (that is the person's name), but when I dial anyone else or press the button, I get IC TO GRANT (the caps are meant to represent what the the phone displays, not to shout.)

I meant another physical phone. But you've answered that you don't have one. My thinking is that if you have the same result with a different phone, then the issue is in the programming. If you have the desired result with a different phone, then the issue is with the previous phone. That's all the ideas I have to offer at this point.

I had a user programmed for that one. Problem went away once I deleted the user (I didn't need it).

Did you dial 319 to turn off hands free?
The fact that hands free is on means the phone will auto answer...

When you write "CALL ROUTING FOR PATTY", that's the key. That message means you have DYNAMIC EXTENSION (cell phone twinning) turned on for that user, and you can't both ring the cell phone and do hands-free (since every call answers automatically, cell would never ring). Find this person in USERS, turn off dynamic extension.
