Anyone had this issue.
Created a call flow mailbox in Nupoint UM. and it was working fine. Then someone went behind me and added holiday schedule but didn't save correctly...all that was there was the holiday menu.
Rebuilt and test..passed...
Logged back in next day and the call flow disappeared. It still works and all but when tryin to access to make changes it is gone.
Not even "when answering call" template is in call field.
Checked reports an all options are there.
Head scratcher????
