Title: 3300 Question

Have one extension that gives a message press C the two key go to his cell phone then goes to his voice mail ( was not on there before)

The user has to dial into voicemail and turn off that option. Can't remember the sequence, but if you find a full user guide it will tell you how.

Dial into VM
Press 8 for user options
Press 2 for additional options
Press 2 for personal contacts
Press 2 for cell phone
Press * to erase
