Hi There,
My customer is running a MiCollab 6.0.40.0, the problem I am having is that when I try and edit a user I get an error box saying 'Error fetching user data. There was a problem accessing the Teleworker database'.
It only affects a few users, I have tried rebooting the MiCollab box but that doesnt make any difference. If there is anything else I can try I'd be very grateful.

It usually means there is a problem with the teleworker setting. I would check both the user and teleworker blade settings for theses users. Record any necessary data and delete in both locations and the re-enable via user and services.
