Hey all,
I have an analog line setup that connects to our warehouse. I have one issue with it. Users on the system can simply dial the extension and it works. But if someone dials our main line and then keys in the extension I get a message saying it is not a valid extension. Any ideas!

You need to create a mail box for it so the Auto Attendant knows it's allowed to dial it.
