Title: External music volume.

A good greeting,
Any chance of turning up the volume of the external music, the external source is good but all mobile listening too low.

Hay alguna posibilidad de subir el volumen de la música externa, la fuente externa es buena pero en todos los teléfonos se escucha demasiado bajo.

- Check the COS of the phone and be sure it has handset volume saved enabled

If this is your MOH you may also need to put a 600Ohm conditioner on the line.  I personally purchased this device from Bogan to correct sound issues we where having.  Lookup Bogan CC4052m this mixer will also give you the ability to adjust the volume of the MOH output.
