Title: ACD Path Unavailable not transfering to VM

I have three ACD paths set up to transfer to a general mailbox when no agents are available. We recently upgraded to NuPoint from Repartee and I am unsure if this is what is causing the issue.

When the system is in night mode the ACD paths transfer to the VM, but when the system is in Day mode the line rings continuously.

I also setup a dummy ext for it to transfer to and it still transfers to the correct VM it should in Night mode.

What am I missing here! Nothing was changed except the in introduction of NuPoint...

It's not the NuPoint.
Check your path interflow timers and target in the act path.
