Hello Fellow Mitel Techs,
This one seems to have slipped my mind. Trying to find the timer that is associated when you go from 1st alternative to the 2nd alternative. (Talking about Call Rerouting)
Thanks,

Cool yeah found it......so only global then, no individual timer setup based on CoS'ing huh? Oh well. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9lmRBC5ICu0 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9lmRBC5ICu0)

I think there may be an option for some to use another timer than the global value

Look at COS Option 'ANSWER PLUS System Reroute Timer'
It is under the RAD options but the help files seem to indicate it might work.
Enter a value in the range of "0" to "720" seconds. This timer operates similarly to the Call Forward No Answer timer, but controls second level rerouting. When the timer expires the call is rerouted from the first alternate to the second alternate.
Note: If a value of "0" is entered, the Call Rerouting Timer value (set in the System Options form) is used.
