I have a customers MHO not working with there device plugged into the system also if I plug my phone into the system it will not work . Can I take another HX Processor Module and change it out along with the Compact Flash and trouble shoot to check if its the system without any programming changes

I assume everything's programmed correctly to deliver MOH? Now that it offers file-based also it's not as simple as just plugging in a player. Easy test: while on hook enter feature code 313 (background music on/off) at a phone, and raise phone volume. If all is well you will hear background music from the phone speaker, in which case you need to look at programming to see why callers don't hear it.
