Hello Fellow Mitel Techs,
I was curious if anyone here knew where to look to find out what the 3300's Silent Monitoring constraints were the only thing I could find was related to "Conference Circuits" which I know is a factor in the Mitel 5000. We had a customer who has a user that said they could not Silent Monitor an extension. they had the right CoS and button configuration and I was able to test it and the user in question and did indeed work. My thought was that something system limiting was holding it up at that particular time and making it not work. Any info appreciated.
System is: 7.0 SP1 PR1
Thanks,

x-man,
Thanks was just about to reply that what you suggested is what I did. yeah a boat load of info. Do we know how many "Conference Resources/Circuits" are on any one Mitel 3300? (Are they licensable?) if merged with another MCD, can you combine them?
Thanks,

Just a thought. I got caught out by the restriction that you can only monitor a prime line; so you can't monitor a multicall key. That is as I understand it. There was something else about transferred calls as well IIRC; soft hold calls cannot be monitored. Sorry its a bit vague, only ever set it up once and it was not a success in overall terms.
