We have one user who is getting automatically logged out of the UCA at about the same time every day. After a couple of minutes, the UCA automatically logs her in again. We've reset her password, thinking that she might have saved her login on another PC, but that did not solve the problem.
Any ideas as to what could be happening, or what else to look for?

I remember that version 4 could only handle one login at a time - so if I logged in on one pc, it would log me out of the other pc. Maybe there is a log file that will provide added information?

That's what we thought, but wouldn't changing the password from the server, and then having her reset her password on her PC solve that problem?
We're now thinking that the problem might be on her client on her PC. Is there a way to reset her profile locally?

Other than an uninstall / reinstall...I'm not sure. However, I recently learned that if you choose "modify" instead of uninstall, you can check the server name.
