Have an error message "Main is unplugged" . Is there a way for the client to fix themselves of do we need to send for a tech?

What is the "Main"? Could be the name of a trunk group that has a PRI out of service. Could be the name of an endpoint. Could be VM disconnected. Can they dial out? Is the operator phone up? Can they access VM?

When are they receiving the error?
If it's while trying to place an outbound call, one or more of the main trunk group phone lines is dead from the street.
If it's while dialing an extension, it means that the extension is unplugged or otherwise off-line.
