Hello fellow Mitel Techs,
Does anyone know of a way to disable "Emergency Call Made from extension...." emails? (see below for the email format)

Any info appreciated.

irongladiator,
I am not sure if you are talking about the System Health Report or the System Alarm Notification; most likely the later.
Try looking under the System Administration and Diagnostics tool for the System Alarm Notification when connected to the system as the user and see if that is what you are looking for.

irongladiator,
Is this a person who is setup as a User and as a User is setup as an Administrator? If so they most likely turned on the ability to receive E-Mails: System > Users > {user} > Administrator-Related Information: Enable Email Alarm Notification.
If this is the case then logging in with their user account with the SAaD and unchecking the box for those types of Alarms.
Click the Help button on SAaD and then type in Managing Alarms Notification and follow along.
Thanks,
TE

TE,
You hit it! It was indeed: System>Users>(User)>Administrator-Related Information>Enable E-Mail Alarm Notification. (Now set to "No") Thanks a bunch!

Irongladiator,
You do realize that it will turn off ALL notifications and not just the Emergency Call notification. Are you sure they want to turn off all of them and not just the one?

TE,
Is it possible to just NOT get the Emergency Notifications?

Irongladiator,
That may be possible if you log in with the user account and then use the SAaD program to go to the Notifications section and uncheck the ones you don't want. I have never done this myself so I am not sure that is the way to do it or if there is a way to do it at all.
Sorry,
