Hello all...

We seem to be having a problem with a speakerphone call.  We put the party on speakerphone an it times out after 10 minutes and the the party cant here us but we can hear them.  This happens on all phones on the system.

Any thoughts?

DennisP,

That is not a timer in the system that can be controlled. You should be able to use the speakerphone during an entire call so there is something else going on here.

What type of phones are you using?
What is the software version of the 5000?
