Hi- I'm trying to connect my 5330e handset to on-site Asterisk (FreePBX). I changed the mode to SIP and, upon reboot, was prompted for a UserID. I input an incorrect value but can't figure out how to change it. I've done a factory reset but when I change to SIP mode again, I don't get the prompt. In the display, it just says 'Page Not Found, disp username' I assume if I have the correct userID it will register with Asterisk. Is this correct?
How do I change userID on phone in SIP mode?
How do I get it connected to my Asterisk (FreePBX)?

Also, I found the settings button on the phone but for Access Protocols and Network Settings it's prompting me for a password???

Did you ever find a solution to this? I recently received a Mitel 5320 from a company that went out of business. I did a factory reset and configured it for SIP. I keep getting that error, "Page not found disp username" and when I browse to the phones IP address, it's prompting me to enter a TFTP server.

You need to point it to a functional 3300 system... Mitel never released the SIP firmware separately for the 5320 phone, and the generic SIP package for the 52XX series phones hasn't been available for 10+ years.
