Title: Mitel 3300 NIC / SWITCH CISCO

Hello,


Mitel 3300 NIC is not reached after 20 minutes when connected to the Switch and Cisco can not connect directly.
Can you help me?

Possibly the well known fault with MXe's. The system stays up for 20  minutes or so then the connection dies. There is a work around to restart the MIP's every 10 minutes or so to stop this happening whilst you get a replacement sorted. mitel will repair for a fee I believe. Its a fault on the L2 switch. If you issue the command mips_reset it should bring it straight back up. Command is issued on the rs232 port.

command to use is;  period 900,mips_reset (doesn't survive a reset so would need to be entered again should a restart occur).

Le problème se produit seulement sur les switch CISCO, le problème n'a pas été constaté sur un switch D-LINK L2

The problem only occurs on CISCO switch, the problem has not been found on a switch D-LINK L2

We recently had the same problem.   The customer changed out to Cisco from some non-Cisco switch and the problem happened right away.
We had to replace the PBX.

you replaced the IPBX by the same model MITEL?
