Title: Option 128 Missing Error on 5330

any idea what is causing this error to show on display phone? tried resetting and right after DHCP connecting shows " DHCP Timed Out Option 128 missing".

any help is appreciated.

 I did look at it but still wasn't sure.
only 1 phone is having the issue so the server is setup ok. so it could be some VLan ID causing the issue. will have to check with the engineer on that.

not sure if any other reason, this all of sudden get changed.
