Title: Deleting Audiotex's
Post by: irongladiator on July 08, 2015, 12:28:43 PM
Hello Fellow Mitel Techs,
I was curious if there was an easy way to simply delete the audio from an audiotex file, so that the "Recording Length (Seconds)" says 0?

Thanks,
-Iron

Record a "blank" greeting. Press 3 to erase and re-record, then # twice.

DND ON,
Thanks man, I actually was gonna post that that's what I did. Seems it would be easier to give us the option in the WebGUI to clear em' out. (Right-Click, Delete Recording) Oh well what do ya do?

Thanks,

Irongladiator,

Another option if you are deleting a lot of them is upload blank recordings into the system for the ones you want deleted. I always have had a save of the default recordings which have no recordings in them and then just pick and choose which ones we want to replace if there are a lot of them. Otherwise using the previous method is the fastest way.

Thanks,
