Title: Can't login to MOL (now Mitel Connect)?

Since MOL seems to have gone away, I don't seem to be able to login to the new Mitel Connect site. The Forgot Password function doesn't recognise my username. Anyone else having issues? I guess I need to re-register for the new site.

Your login for Mitel Connect may not be the same username as MoL.

I also had Aastra Connect which migrated to Mitel so that's the login I use, not sure what happened to those that only had MoL.
MoL is the same except you need to sign in to Mitel Connect and use the links to access MoL and AMC.

If you contact Mitel directly they can help. You should have received an email about your login to Mitel Connect, but if you didn't click on the confirmation link your account got locked. Happened to 80% of our office. Ended up having to call and have the emails resent.

Thanks, guys. They got me sorted out. The usernames have changed.
