Title: voicemail question

We have a user that left - manager asked me to change his voicemail greeting to say 'please contact Joe Smith at ext 1234' which is no problem - but he is also asking if we can make it so they can't leave a voicemail.

Is this doable?
Mitel 5000 version 5.0.4.62 with BVM.

Yes! Disassociate the mailbox and flag it as a playback only mailbox.
