A Mitel partner has recently installed at our office but a number of users do not have the "In The Office" option in the Dynamic Destinations. We have tried logging onto other PC's and the problem follows. We have tried re-installing and wiping profile but the problem persists. Any idea would be gratefully received.

Just for testing purposes - while not an ideal solution - can one be manually created and does it work?
-
No the Manage Statuses option is greyed out also.
-
Ok. That's a bigger issue than a particular status not showing up.
Couple of other questions - was this an upgrade from an earlier instance? Or is this a brand new installation? The reason I ask is to make sure that the user is setup in the MAS (although I guess they wouldn't be able to login).
And instead of a re-install, have you actually UNinstalled and resinstalled? I saw you mentioned about wiping a profile, but I'm not familiar with that.
-
It was a complete new installation. The problem only affects a few users. The engineer said that he had copied the profile of a user who does not have the problem. This wiped my phone details and I had to set it up again. The problem persists.

There are many different "profiles" in IT, so I'm not sure which profile you are speaking of. Many times, I think of it as a Windows Profile. Which profile are you talking about?
Since this is a brand new installation, I would double check the user settings in the MAS and make sure you have sufficient licenses for the users.
-
It's not a profile as such. It's the entries in the UC3....so I am told.
-
Are these licensed MiCollab users or are they using the "free" license? I ask because only fully licensed users have the profile abilities.
-
The engineers say there are sufficient licences on the system and that I can rule out Licence based issues.
-
But is there a license assigned to the user? Just because the system has enough licenses, does not automatically mean that the user was provisioned with one.
