Title: Mitel 5000 - whisper tones

Does anyone know if Mitel 5000 has whisper tones.  When a customer calls in, for the first 3 seconds it will announce where they got the phone number from (ie. yellow pages).

so I got some more info:

We have an 1-800 provider called Dial 800, and they have turned on whisper tones for us, however it's not working on our system (Mitel 5000 CP), does anyone know how I can enable this?

Is it perhaps announcing the number into your auto attendant or something else that causes it to think the call's been answered?  What do you hear when you call your number from outside, any speech before it is answered by a live person?
