Title: Force Call on second line
Post by: favalcatraz on June 16, 2015, 08:59:05 AM
Hi,
I have a 3300 Mitel, and I connect 3 line.
Is there a code to force the exit call on second line?

Create a hunt group with lines 2 and 3.
The call reroute the 1st line to the new hunt group.

I just have 3 hunt group connect to 3 telephone number(+39 02 ....) but I want select a group hunt by phone.
For example if I have to exit with the first group I would like to press code in my phone for force to exit to first group.

My problem is that on the basis of specific client who I want to call, it should see a external number rather than another

If you change the COS of the phone with the option "Non-Prime Public Network Identity" set to yes the caller ID that the PBX sends will be based on the button you pressed and not the prime line.

Remember that you need to program CPN Substitution for the extension numbers of your buttons.

You can't restrict a phone to using only a specific button.
