Title: T1 without B8ZS
Post by: ralph on June 11, 2015, 08:20:26 AM
I'd like to bounce this off of Y'all.

If I have a T1, 24 channels, E&M  without B8ZS on it, what happens if all channels are idle?
Won't this produce all zeros and cause the T1 to reset?
And if so, how often would you expect it reset?

Been a while, but the alternate coding to B8ZS is AMI, which stands for "alternate mark inversion". So I think instead of all zeros, you'd get alternating zeros and ones.
