Title: 5320 Trunk keys don't light up
Post by: jjordon on June 08, 2015, 12:26:38 PM
I have installed a 5000 with several 5320s and I am using trunk keys (they only have 3 lines)

The keys light up with the 5330s, but not on the 5320s.  Is that normal or am I missing something?

Also, there is only 1 page for the 5320s (I thought there were 2?)

Where are the keys?  Remember on the 5320 the top keys (3 I think) don't have LEDs.

What about the page?  Shouldn't there be more than one page?

That answered my question by the way (regarding the lights).  Thanks!

Actually there is only one page on the PHONE, but the 5000 itself offers both a standard and alternate keymap...program a button for code 399, SHIFT, and select a primary and alternate keymap for the phone...voila, two pages!.  And this applies to all phones, even digital.  So a 5340 could have an incredible SIX pages of buttons.  One of my customers uses the alternate map to give them 3 pages of one-touch system speed dials.
