Title: ACD Agent DSS Key

Have ACD set on a customers system and the managers user the dss keys to see who is on the phone and who is not. My worry is that the extn number under the key is not the ACD users id but the extn number of the phone. As long as the right user log's into the right handset with their ACD id could this be a good way to see who is on the phone for each ACD group..

If they want to supervise the agents, I suggest MiContact Center Management.
