Title: MiCollab Mobile Client call being put on hold by GSM call

Hello.

We have a number of MiCollab Mobile Client users and are experiencing an annoying problem whereby, when on a MiCollab call a GSM call arrives on the handset, instantly putting the MiCollab call on hold with no option to ignore the etc.

We use iPhones and Samsung devices and cannot see a way to over-ride this from happening.

Anyone have any ideas?
