Title: MWI for same mailbox on multiple sets

Looking to see a way to have an MWI for one mailbox appear on several devices?

Basically call will come in via MLAA route to a ring group that overflows to another RG that should then leave a message and activate the MWI for all members of the second ring group.

Create an extension of the type trusted. Create mailbox for extension and put this vm box as a key on the phones. As I assume you are using embedded vm, create a name tag hunt group that is *(extension from above) and forward it always to vm.

Route the second ring group to this name tag group.

The key will light when that box has a message, pressing the key will login so that password should be known by all members of the group.

Don't think there is. I also wouldn't think it to be an issue. Usually label the button as General MB and all are o.k with it.
