How can I unlock the ACD that is locked. ?

I'm not sure I understand what the problem is.
What do you mean when you say that an ACD is locked?

sorry... when trying to login with ID, it is saying used by 5001

Dial extension 5001 and tell them to log out and log back in with their correct agent ID.

5001 is voice mail... she logged into it and logged out and still saying when try login to ACD user ID is used by 5001. our admin has created another ACD for the user and it is showing invalid PIN..I am trying to reset that and see if that works.

Try using the maint command LOCATE AGENT_ID 5001

thanks Ralph. it is another extension setup for the same user and it looks the ACD is connected with this perhaps? ext 5001 is not the voicemail and not sure if I can just delete it out. waiting for our vendor to contact us (not Mitel, it is a 3rd party vendor).
when dial 5001, goes to voicemail and ask to enter mailbox number....

I'm not sure if this will work but try "Busy Reset 5001" to see if that logs out the user.

ACD id was locked at an extension and the phone has taken off the system... had to setup a new phone and point to ext 5001 where ACD was still logged on... logged out of the ACD from this ext and she is able to login to her ACD user at another extension... thanks Ralph for your help.
