Title: No Hold and Transfer when connecting to Audiocodes
Post by: BlackSunshine on May 26, 2015, 01:28:36 PM
I have 3300 Mivoice 7.0 MXe connected to analog trunks via Audiocodes MP-114 FXO.  I can receive inbound calls to the 3300 through the Audiocodes...I can put call on hold and transfer when call comes in to 3300.  However when I place a call outbound through Audiocodes I can't put the call on hold or transfer.  I have the SDP option "Avoid signaling hold to peer"  set to yes.  Just wondered if I have missed something or maybe call HOLD and Transfer isn't compatible on outbound calls with Audiocodes.  Any help appreciated

Got it fixed!!  In the Audiocodes -Tel Profile- Enable Polarity Reversal- Should be "DISABLED"
