Title: How to link cell phone to phantom extension

I've created a phantom extension so to enable a mobile number to be used as an extension...only I can't recall how it was setup.

I just made a new phantom extensions, and I don't see any option to input a phone number.

Maybe forwarded always to external number, or DEE

Can DEE be configured from the database or do I have to access that from the the web portal?

All programming for DEE is done through programming.
