Hi new here and I'm going to ask the dumbest question you've seen.
I have created a Hunt Group 89637 and where you add name it says this is a system field it has to exist in the directory.
I have searched for hours. All I find is "add to directory".
But how do I add?

Edit the form "Telephone Directory".

Not entirely sure what you mean by form, in on the GUI admin tool. Import form? That .gx so can not open until I get 7zip on PC.
So I exported a selected huntgroup from Telephone Directory, edited it and imported. Failed "access read only".

No, In the System Administration Tool, go to User and Devices, Telephone Directory Management, and then select Telephone Directory... If the Hunt Group extension is already listed, just highlight it and click Change, edit the Name field as needed and save the entry, if it is not in the list, select ADD and put in the Name and Number in the appropriate fields and save the entry, the name will now populate to the Hunt Group form and on the phones when dialed.

There no ADD button which would explain why im confused. I guess the supplier has disabled it for my login. I can create users, group, routing.
